Book a call with AlikThere's no official HIPAA certification for any company, so we'll tell you what we do. Before any patient data reaches us, we will sign a BAA, the contract that makes us responsible for protecting it. We will only use vendors that sign BAAs as well, keep data in US data centers, collect only what we need, and use two-step login and access logs. Your lawyer or compliance lead has the final word, and we'll answer their questions in writing.
You own your patient data, your brand and everything we make only for you. For a website or app, you get the full source code in your own GitHub, and apps are published under your own Apple and Google accounts. We keep our reusable building blocks, and you get a permanent, royalty-free license to use and change them, even if you leave us. During a pilot or monthly plan the software runs on our accounts. When you leave, we will return your data and then delete it.
A website with the assistant usually takes 3 to 4 weeks once we have your content. The check-in pilot needs 1 to 2 weeks of setup, then runs for 60 days; registering your clinic's texting number can take up to 3 weeks, so we start it on day one. A patient app takes about 10 to 12 weeks.

No. We can build only the assistant, the app or the check-in pilot and work alongside them. If we build your new site, your current team can keep running your ads and SEO on it.
No. The website assistant replies only with answers you approve and sends anything medical to your staff. In the check-in pilot, patients only receive texts from templates your medical director signed off. AI sorts their answers for your staff and never writes to patients. Red-flag answers show fixed instructions, such as calling 911 or your after-hours line.
Often, yes. We connect to tools that offer an API, such as Healthie. We check your setup on the first call, before you pay anything, and tell you plainly if a clean connection isn't possible.
